Policies



•  Shop rate is $60/hr. Minimum charge is $20.00

•  Design time is at regular shop rate.

•  A 50% deposit is required before design work or manufacture of sign is commenced, with balance due upon completion, pick-up, delivery, or installation.

•  Customers agree to balances due upon completion, and are to be processed on same credit card used for deposit, unless otherwise arranged.

•  All work & materials remain property of SignWave Designs until payment is received in full.

•  A print-out or emailed image of any artwork, layout or design will only be supplied with a predetermined deposit.

•  Any artwork or design provided by SignWave remains the sole property
of SignWave, (protected by copyright).  No further duplication or reproduction
of supplied artwork, or reproductions based on supplied artwork is permitted
in any way, shape or form.

•  Any electronic files provided to SignWave by customer should be correctly formatted for sign making. Any additional editing or “cleaning-up” which is required, is at regular shop rate. If artwork supplied is a hard-copy to be scanned, it should be a clean black & white image, (600 d.p.i. or better). Any further required editing is at regular shop rate.
